Mark has over 20 years professional experience and a proven track record, gaining multiple awards and medals along the way. Most recently he was head chef at Derby’s most prestigious restaurant Darley’s for 9 years, maintaining a Michelin Guide listing and 2 AA Rosettes throughout. He’s traveled extensively gaining knowledge and inspiration from different food cultures and ingredients he’s sampled along the way, this is reflected in his cooking.
Now Mark brings all this experience to event catering using his passion and knowledge to create bold, unpretentious food for you to enjoy.
Dan has a passion for all things food, wine and cocktails and has traveled extensively eating and drinking at some of the world’s best restaurants and bars. Knowing Mark for 20 years it was obvious at some point they were going to work together, so when starting this company Dan was the person to turn to.
Dan believes that service should be professional but approachable and takes genuine pleasure in making people happy. So with his keen eye for detail he will make your event run effortlessly smooth and help you design it exactly as you want.
Anémone started her culinary journey in the French tropical island Reunion, then moving on to fine country house hotels and restaurants in the UK.
After working with Mark for ten years and marring him, she now uses her expertise in hotel and management to train new staff to our high standards.
